Phase 1 Application / Guidelines
- There is a two-phase application procedure to the BPSU.
- Phase 1 requires the completion of a two-side application form, click on the hyperlink below.
- Please read the applications guidelines before completion, the application forms must be submitted 4 weeks before the date of a BPSU Executive.
- You may be required to attend the Executive to present your application.
- Approval of the Phase 1 does not mean that the Phase 2 application will be automatically accepted.
Dates for future meetings
- 4th March 2010 - Appliations to be submitted by 4th February
- 20th May 2010 - Appliations to be submitted by 20th April
- 22nd July 2010 - Appliations to be submitted by 22nd June
All application need to be submitted no later than
4 weeks before the meeting dat. f you would like one of our medical adviser to comment on your application prior to its submission to the BPSU Executive (this is strongly recommended) you should liaise with them in a way for you to meet this deadline.
