Phase 2 Application / Guidelines

• Approval of the Phase 1 does not mean that the Phase 2 application will be automatically accepted.

• Phase 2 requires the completion of a more detailed application which includes the questionnaire to be used, appropriate covering letters, and details on costs and administration of the study.

• Please read the applications guidelines before completion, the application forms must be submitted 4 weeks before the date of a BPSU Executive.
  
  
• For advice about involving the public in your study please click here. 

• You may be required to attend the Executive to present your application.

• If the study is approved you will need MREC approval. Visit the Natioanl Research Ethics Service site for the appropriate paperwork.

• If the study is approved you will also need PIAG approval. The BPSU has developed with NGIB-PIAG submission forms for BPSU approved studies. If you wish to access these now please cick here.
